Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026. These terms apply to every H-Series product and site operated by XR Utilities LLC. By using any of them you acknowledge and accept these terms.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the H-Series: the family of agentic infrastructure products operated by XR Utilities LLC, including H-Index, H-Seal, H-Grant, H-Relay, H-Scope, H-Pact, H-Gate, and H-Cert (built on Hedera Consensus Service) and H-Agent (agent runtime identity and capped action, built on Base), the H-Series MCP server and SDKs, the estate surfaces (the SIEM audit dashboard and the cross-product Report views), and the websites that describe them. Individual products may publish additional product-specific terms; where they do, those terms apply in addition to these.
2. What the H-Series is
The H-Series products are infrastructure. They help you discover, authorize, reach, and prove interactions between software agents and services. XR Utilities LLC does not operate, endorse, evaluate, or guarantee any third-party agent, service, or endpoint that you discover, reach, or transact with through the products. Records produced by the products are claims made by their signer, not by us.
3. Payments are final
Paid actions are settled with on-chain micropayments (x402) across supported networks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Once a payment is confirmed on chain it cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded. This is a property of the technology, not a policy we can override. By submitting a payment you acknowledge that it is final.
4. On-chain permanence
The products write authoritative records to Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), which is a public, permanent ledger. We can remove an item from a local index or search result, but we cannot delete or modify data already written to HCS. Do not submit personal information, secrets, or anything you would not want publicly and permanently accessible.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and maintenance of anything you submit, register, sign, or authorize, and for the conduct of any agent, key, or credential that acts on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to take the actions you take and that the information you provide is truthful. You are responsible for safeguarding your own private keys and credentials.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the products for spam, fraud, impersonation, distribution of illegal content, or any attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the services or other users. We may remove content from an index, suspend access, or block an account at our discretion where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Removal from an index does not affect the permanent on-chain record and does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Service availability
The products are provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime guarantee or service level agreement. Services may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We work to keep them available but make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use them, and any service reached through them, at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XR Utilities LLC and the H-Series shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual property and trademarks
The H-Series products, websites, and their content are owned by XR Utilities LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "XR Utilities", "H-Series", "H-Index", "H-Seal", "H-Grant", "H-Relay", "H-Scope", "H-Pact", "H-Gate", "H-Cert", "H-Agent", and the associated logos are trademarks of XR Utilities LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use those names or marks without our prior written permission. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of any H-Series product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Agent wallets and spending (H-Agent)
H-Agent lets you give an AI agent an identity and a spending limit, funded under one of two models that you choose when you create the agent:
- Your own wallet (self-custody). Your funds stay in a wallet you own and control. The agent spends only within a spending cap you authorize on chain, and you can revoke that cap at any time by retiring the agent. We never hold or move these funds.
- A managed account (Google sign-in). For convenience, we create and operate a wallet for you through a third-party key-management provider (the keys are held in a secure enclave; we do not hold the raw keys). You fund this account, the agent spends from it within the cap you set, and you can withdraw the unspent balance back to an address you choose. This account acts on the instructions of whoever is signed in to your account, so you are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and session: anyone with access to your signed-in session can direct the agent's spending and withdrawals. We require a fresh sign-in before a withdrawal as an added safeguard, but we are not responsible for losses arising from the compromise of your own device, browser, network, or credentials.
In both models, XR Utilities LLC is not a bank, money transmitter, money services business, broker, or payment processor; a managed account is offered as a convenience, not as a fiduciary or investment service, and you should fund it only with amounts you intend the agent to spend. You are solely responsible for the spending cap you set, for funding, and for every action your agent takes within that cap; an agent operates autonomously within the limit you authorize. The cap is enforced by a smart contract on a public network; we do not control, reverse, guarantee, or insure any on-chain transaction, and on-chain spends are final and irreversible (see "Payments are final"). Activity on a test network uses test tokens with no monetary value. Nothing in the products is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you are responsible for your own compliance with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
13. Know Your Agent (KYA) tokens and identity disclosure (H-Agent)
H-Agent can issue a Know Your Agent (KYA) token so a merchant or other party can verify that your agent is bound to you and acts within your spending cap. By default a KYA token discloses no personal data: it proves a verified human is behind the agent using a per-merchant relay address, not your real email or name. If you explicitly opt in when generating a token, the token additionally includes your verified email and name and is sent to the merchant audience you name. That disclosure happens only on your affirmative consent. Once a token is issued to a merchant it cannot be recalled, and we do not control, audit, or limit how a merchant or any verifier uses the information once disclosed; you are responsible for deciding whether to disclose your identity to a given merchant. A KYA token is a short-lived credential asserting identity and a cap; it does not itself move money, and the spending cap remains enforced on chain as described above.
