One flat fee per release. No subscriptions, no seats, no tiers.

Why a fee

Each release anchors an audit line on Hedera Consensus Service, which costs network fees, and runs on funded custody infrastructure. The per-call fee covers that and keeps the model honest: you pay for what you use, and the cost of the on-chain record is built in.

Accepted payments

Stablecoin rails only. USDC is fixed at 6 decimals (7 on Stellar) and RLUSD at the XRPL issued-amount, so the $0.05 fee converts to base units at config time, no oracle in the payment path. The facilitator is never trusted; every settlement is re-verified on chain and payer-bound.
