About H-Scope
H-Scope is a universal multi-chain wallet behavior scanner in the H-Series, a family of Hedera-native infrastructure tools built by XR Utilities. It answers a single question: how does this wallet behave, and what kind of actor runs it? It turns any on-chain address into deterministic behavioral signals, an entity-posture score, and AI-written reasoning, from one engine across every chain.
The output is descriptive context, not a risk or compliance verdict. Signals fire as reproducible predicates over normalized on-chain features; the score is a fixed function of those signals; the AI reasoning narrates the deterministic result and never invents or overrides it. Scan any address on its own (free in the showroom, $0.10 per scan on the agent x402 API), or let other H-Series products consume its posture signal as a standing safety input.
On-chain calibration
The posture tiers are calibrated against a labeled corpus of on-chain-verified wallets: hundreds of addresses across all five chains (XRPL, Stellar, Hedera, Base, Solana), at least twelve per archetype per chain, spanning the whale, exchange, treasury, issuer, real-world-asset (RWA), institutional, and automated-agent (bot) classes. Every label is a descriptive behavioral descriptor, never a risk, compliance, or sanctions verdict.
The corpus is anchored to a dedicated Hedera Consensus Service topic
(0.0.10631992) as
immutable, operator-signed, versioned per-chain snapshots. That makes the
calibration tamper-evident, timestamped, and reconstructible from a public mirror
replay, so it survives the operator. Each snapshot carries a change summary
(added, removed, reclassified), so the topic is a self-documenting on-chain audit
trail, and a weekly ingest of public attribution directories keeps labels current,
verifying every candidate on chain before adding it. The abuse (scam) class is
deliberately never anchored, only counted.

Before an agent transacts with an address, read its behavior: exchange, issuer, contract, fresh wallet, or an ordinary personal account.
Entity posture
Distinguish an established, identity-attested institution from an anonymous wallet using verification markers and configuration-grade signals.
Automation detection
Flag bot-like cadence, burst activity, and DEX offer churn to tell an automated service apart from a human-driven account.
Trust input for other services
Other H-Series products pull the posture signal at a trust decision point, so the same behavioral read informs discovery, delegation, and gating. H-Scope also emits an abuse-flag risk signal that feeds a subject's H-Cert standing.
