About H-Index

H-Index is the discovery product in the H-Series, a family of Hedera-native infrastructure tools built by XR Utilities. It is a capability registry: publishers register MCP servers, tool endpoints, and agent APIs, and agents discover them through semantic search over verified, owner-signed listings.

The agentic economy needs a discovery layer that is verifiable, spam-resistant, and not dependent on any single operator's longevity. Free registries get flooded; centralized ones disappear. H-Index uses a one-time paid registration plus on-chain anchoring on Hedera Consensus Service to solve both. Discovery is always free.

Agent service discovery

Agents query H-Index to find an MCP server or API that matches a capability, ranked by semantic relevance.

Publishing a service

Publishers register an endpoint with an owner-signed manifest so agents can find it and verify who stands behind it.

Spam-resistant listings

One-time paid registration plus on-chain anchoring keeps the registry clean and independent of any single operator.

Composes with the suite

H-Index listings resolve the CAIP-10 identities that H-Seal, H-Grant, and H-Relay reference, so discovery feeds the rest of the lifecycle. It also serves the shared risk-event feed that H-Cert reads to fold behavior into a subject's standing.
